African Diaspora Resource Centre (ADRC) is proud to announce the official launch of the Live in Ghana Program — a relocation and reintegration experience created for members of the African diaspora who are exploring life in Ghana or preparing for a long-term return.

For many returnees, the desire to live in Ghana comes with important questions: What does daily life really feel like? Where should I live? How do I navigate systems, culture, and community? The Live in Ghana Program was designed to answer those questions through real-life experience, guided support, and intentional community building.

This program is not a tour or a vacation. It is a supported living experience that allows participants to settle in, explore confidently, and gain clarity about their next steps.

Program Overview

The Live in Ghana Program combines short-term residency, relocation orientation, cultural immersion, and reintegration support into one seamless experience. Participants live in Ghana while receiving structured guidance and community support, allowing them to experience the country as residents — not visitors.

Each participant is based at Megbɔ Aƒe Residence, a secure home providing authentic homestay experiences designed specifically for diaspora returnees and expatriates navigating life in Ghana.

Program Duration Options

Participants may choose the experience that best fits their needs:

• 2 Weeks – An introductory stay focused on orientation and exploration
• 1 Month – A deeper immersion with cultural activities and community engagement
• 3 Months – A comprehensive relocation and reintegration experience with transitional support
