All sales are final, and no refunds will be processed for order cancellations for goods or services. Upon receiving requests for services, a member of the Diaspora Resource Team will attempt to contact customers via the contact information provided during the billing process to schedule appointments or deliver services as required by the order details. Customer is responsible for responding to such contact attempts, and making themselves available to schedule services or provide any requested documents in a timely manner to avoid delays in order delivery.
Customers who fail to show for their scheduled appointment or do not provide notification of cancellation within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment time will be assessed a GHS100 rebooking fee. Services must be used within 30 days of purchase. Due to the nature of currency exchange fluctuations, after 30 days, customer may be responsible for paying any additional costs for delivering the same service. No refunds will be processed for unused services, but the credit value may be rolled over for future services or transferred to a third party upon written notice provided by the customer.
