An Invitation Letter for a visa application is a letter that the applicant submits to the embassy or consulate in their home country where they are applying for a visitor visa to Ghana. After placing your order, our office will request details pertaining to your desired visit, and prepare your letter of invitation. A digital copy of this letter will be delivered via email within 1 – 3 working days.
Note: An invitation letter is different from a visa on arrival approval letter. The invitation letter is issued directly to you, where the visa application process will then be initiated by you through your local Ghana Embassy. For visa on arrival, visa processing and approval is initiated by our office on your behalf, and the approval document issued to you to present at the time of travel.
