The GhanaCard is the National ID card that enables citizens and non-citizens to establish bank accounts, obtain SIM cards, mobile money wallet, establish a business, and serves as a form of identification where required. Once you have decided to relocate or spend a considerable amount of time in Ghana, the National ID Card will be necessary to enable you to set up the aforementioned services and accounts.
